Start of Press Release: Covina, California ~ Ameritec announced today the introduction of its Fortissimo DECT-HD load generator for the Fortissimo family of products.
Digital Enhanced Cordless Technology (DECT) is the latest network load generator to be added to the Fortissimo product line. This product simulates portable DECT handsets and communicates with DECT base stations to generate traffic into the network. The product supports narrow-band calls and wideband, high-definition calls using the G.726 and G.722 codecs, respectively. The Fortissimo DECT-HD product also supports intercom-calling features.
